LEICHT: Kitchens that create and characterise spaces

Versatile kitchen architecture creates cosy rooms: LEICHT kitchens fulfil the most demanding ideas, and not just in terms of functionality. Thanks to a multitude of individually plannable, homely elements, they are the centre of social events and promote a communicative exchange when cooking, eating and living! Success through a clear architectural vision EICHT is one of the market leaders in the premium segment of the kitchen industry. Thanks to its multifaceted planning and design options and the consistent implementation of a modern, timeless style, the company was able to further consolidate and expand its position in the market last year. With a turnover of around 180 million euros and overall growth of 14%, a new record was set in 2022. The kitchen manufacturer was able to significantly expand its position in both German and international business. LEICHT currently employs around 780 people. The architectural kitchen LEICHT stands for cosy, prestigious and highly customised kitchens in all price segments worldwide. The company from Waldstetten near Stuttgart occupies a demanding market segment. A holistic task that LEICHT meets with architectural vision: Because LEICHT always thinks of the kitchen as a room that merges with the neighbouring living area and therefore offers comprehensive solutions for every interior design requirement when designing this space. Founded in 1928 as a joinery, the kitchen manufacturer still benefits from its history today and has localised it in the present. The company continues to offer all the possibilities of a joinery for individualising the product - today in the context of an ultra-modern industrial company.

Warmth. Clarity. A sense of space.

Soft light, natural materials, calm colours with a warm radiance - the character of Nordic living spaces thrives on restraint, an inviting atmosphere and the art of omission. At a time when the home is increasingly becoming a refuge and the desire for cosiness is growing, the demands on design vary. Kitchens have long been the centre of the home - today they are expanding this role to include aesthetic depth: as a sensual part of the living space, calm in expression, open in effect and with an atmosphere that conveys a sense of security. LEICHT brings this feeling into the kitchen and provides an interpretation of the attitude to life that is known as "hygge" in Denmark: The result is a kitchen and room design that impresses with its composition, colours and materials. Light, muted tones, flowing transitions, velvety matt surfaces - everything is precisely coordinated. The interplay creates a calm serenity: the design appears open, breathing and not staged, but natural. The result is an atmosphere that quietly steps back and noticeably slows things down. Clear stance, subtle colours Today, design reduction is not just an aesthetic decision, but a conscious attitude: not to overload rooms, but to define them with clarity and moderation. LEICHT stands for precisely this claim - through distinctive expertise in the development of finely nuanced lacquered surfaces, through technological precision in processing and through a clarity of design that is consistently realised in the product. Retail partners and customers benefit from well thought-out planning options, high-quality materials and a design language that provides orientation. LEICHT offers six Nordic-inspired colours for this new understanding of the kitchen: a soft beige, brownish taupe, subtle moss green, a deep Skagerrak blue, rosé apricot and a creamy, mild white. They are used in five programmes, including embossed veneer, smooth fronts in textured lacquer and silk matt as well as classic framed fronts.
